The charitable arm of the Seneca Falls-Waterloo Kiwanis Club is its foundation. The foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit under IRS rules, is able to receive tax deductible donations.

The Kiwanis Club of Seneca Falls-Waterloo strictly separates its operational funds from charitable funds. Operational funds must be raised from members. Charitable funds are raised through donations and fund-raising events. Major fund raising events carried out by the club include an Election Day dinner, an annual Golf Ball Drop at the Seneca Falls Country Club, and Mrs. Martini's Dinner in conjuction with the Wonderful Life events in Seneca Falls.

All funds raised from the public are dedicated to support community projects.
